Menjadi singel utama dalam album studio keempat milik Ed Sheeran bertajuk No.6 Collaborations Project yang dirilis pada 10 Mei 2019. 

Menuai banyak prestasi, singel "I Don't Care" berhasil menduduki peringkat pertama di 26 negara, termasuk UK Singles Chart.
