Singel tersebut menjadi bentuk remix dari singel yang telah ia rilis sebelumnya dengan judul serupa.
Sebelumnya, Ed Sheeran telah memberikan bocoran mengenai kolaborasi tersebut melalui wawancara bersama Elton John untuk majalah NME.
