Lagu ini dirilis pada 1994 dalam album satu-satunya bertajuk Grace yang memuat "Dream Brother" sebagai lagu penutup.
Trek ini diciptakan Jeff untuk sahabatnya berdasarkan pengalamannya yang kehilangan seorang ayah karena overdosis.
