Lagu ini dirilis sebagai singel keempat sekaligus terakhir dari album Crazy World yang diluncurkan pada 1990 silam.
Singel ini menjadi lagu terpopuler dari album kesebelas Scorpions tersebut bersama dengan trek lainnya, "Wind of Change".
Pada 2004, lagu ini digunakan sebagai salah satu lagu tema dari drama kriminal Cold Case.
