Dipandu penyanyi Jeon Somi, MAMA 2022 digelar dua malam, pada Selasa (29/11/2022) dan Rabu (30/11/2022).
Pada hari pertama, MAMA Awards 2022 mengumumkan beberapa pemenang nominasi, dari IVE hingga BLACKPINK.
