Lagu ini diciptakan oleh Jeff Tweedy (vokalis) dan dimuat dalam album studio kedua mereka yang bertajuk Being There.
Album tersebut diproduseri oleh semua member band dan dirilis secara resmi pada 29 Oktober 1996 melalui label Reprise Records.
