Lagu tersebut merupakan bagian dari album baru mereka yang bertajuk Lemons Made Lemonade.
“Grateful” dirilis melalui Warner Music Indonesia dan dikomposeri oleh Sambadha Wahyadyatmika, Derry Rith Haudin, Mahatamtama Arya Adinegara, serta Bhima Bagaskara.
