KOMPAS.com - Passive voice adalah bentuk kalimat yang muncul saat mengubah obyek menjadi subyek kalimat.
Dengan kata lain, sang subyek kalimat tidak melakukan aksi, tetapi menjadi penerima aksi, karena bersifat pasif.
Contoh soal passive voice
Agar lebih mudah memahaminya, berikut delapan contoh soal passive voice beserta jawabannya:
- Soal 1:
Aurduri Bridge …(1) in 1990 and it ……(2) by President Soeharto. It’s located in Jambi Province.
Lengkapi kalimat di atas menggunakan kalimat passive voice:

- Soal 2:
“They visited grandmother”, bentuk passive voice-nya adalah:
